Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Next PTA Meeting:  7.30 PM Date to be located on calander below (Location: Staff room, Bethlehem School)

Who are we?
Bethlehem School’s PTA is made up of parents, teachers and carers. We are fortunate to have an active and friendly PTA and would love for you to join us.  We encourage as many parents as possible to attend the PTA Meetings which take part twice per term with the AGM held in June.

What are we fundraising for?
PTA fundraising efforts have helped to fund extra reading material, playground equipment, computers, a pool upgrade, sports equipment, uniforms, AV equipment, school trips, the school hall and much more.

The main fundraising event, which will continue and is held annually, is the Cow Dump and Gala Day. Other events include the Disco and Pizza Night.

Let’s create a community.
The PTA would like to help achieve a community feel within Bethlehem School, and intend to run one or two activities a year that will help bring parents together, to have fun, to learn and to build relationships within the community.

How can you help?

The PTA are always looking for helpers and new ideas, so if you feel you have something to contribute or would like to just come along and join us, please do not hesitate to contact one of our position holders via the school or email us at pta@bethlehemschool.ac.nz or come along to a PTA meeting – we would love to meet you.
