Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

PTA Meetings:  7:00 PM – Date can be found on the School Calendar (Location: Staff Lounge, Bethlehem School)

Who are we?
Bethlehem School’s PTA is made up of parents, teachers and whānau. We are fortunate to have an active and friendly PTA and would love for you to join us.  We encourage as many whānau as possible to attend the PTA Meetings which take place at least once per term, with the AGM held in Term 2.

What are we fundraising for?
PTA fundraising efforts have helped to fund extra reading material, playground equipment, computers, a pool upgrade, sports equipment, uniforms, AV equipment, school trips, the school hall and much more.

Some of our fundraising events include: Cow Dump, Gala Day, Disco and Pizza Night, and Colour Run.

Let’s create a community.
The PTA would like to help achieve a community feel within Bethlehem School, and intend to run one or two activities a year that will help bring whānau together, to have fun, to learn, and to build relationships within the community.

How can you help?

The PTA are always looking for helpers and new ideas, so if you feel you have something to contribute or would like to just come along and join us, please do not hesitate to contact us or come along to a PTA meeting – we would love to meet you.
