Bethlehem School’s Policies and Procedures are available to view on our SchooolDocs site. To sign in to SchoolDocs, use  “bethlehem” for the username and “carmichael” for the password. Policies are listed under headings on the left hand side of the school home page.

Bethlehem School works with “SchoolDocs” to provide a comprehensive core set of school policies which have been well researched and follow the Ministry of Education National Administration Guidelines. The policies and procedures are tailored to our school, and the school supplies specific information such as procedures for behaviour management, evacuation procedures, reporting to parents, etc. If you have a concern or complaint, please follow the process here.

SchoolDocs updates, modifies, or creates policies in response to changes in legislation or Ministry guidelines, significant events, reviews/requests from schools, and regular reviewing from the SchoolDocs team. Our board of trustees, parents and staff have the opportunity to view changes/additions and comment on them before they are implemented. We will advise you when policies are up for review and how you can take part in the review. Policies review schedules can be viewed by using the “Links” section on the right side of this page.
To Review Policies
To review polices follow the instructions above to get onto our school home page. Click on the “Current Review” tab at the top of the page and view the policies by clicking those listed for review during the current term. Use the red Policy Review icon on the right top of the page.
